Welcome to PDi's Passions

This blog is an attempt to "journal" my kitchen experiences. Originally trained in Fashion Design, I ended up in the computer field to pay the bills. I still love computers, but the kitchen fulfills my creative needs while performing a necessity - feeding my family. I have an extensive collection of cookbooks and cooking magazines, and my most recent venture in the kitchen is baking and decorating cakes. Funny enough, the bigger the mess in the kitchen, the happier and more content I am. I guess it's my form of meditation - until my ultra-neat husband comes home, that is!
